Family is the key to happiness.

 As I get older, I really feel that Family is the key to happiness.
Family is the gift of God. We can learn and get training how to love people. And we can create our own mature personalities. Creating a wonderful family depends on parents- effort to  love their spouse and children. It is no limitation. I guess most of parents feel that we did not do enough.


Family is the text book for love.

I will continue doing my best in the future.

 All God's creations are made in pairs and formed out of God's love. That is why everything exists in pairs, including stamen and pistil in flowers, male and female in animals, mind and body in human beings and man and woman. I used to visit the grave with my grand mother.

I used to visit the grave with my grand mother with flowers when I was little girl.  She often said to me on the way to go there "If you commit bad stuff, you surely go to hell after your death. Starting to lie makes to start stealing."  I am 62 years old now. I am not good for lie. I've been living honestly throughout my life. I guess because of my grand mother's education. Even if I did not like what she said, I think  I should be grateful for her.

When you go to the spirit world you will find that your life has been recorded one hundred percent in a spirit world "computer". Everything that has been recorded will be revealed. The conscience is like a computer's hard drive, the contents of which will be exhibited in the eternal world. Everything is contained in it. with the click of button, all the recorded details of your life, starting from when you were a baby being held and breastfed by your mother, will be known through the images of your mind. Every day, that computer is recording your life in order to carry out a complete appraisal of your being. The day this appraisal happens is the day you die. No one can tell a lie in the presence of that of that all-powerful computer that appraises people. The images in the spirit world appear as a world of shadows. Everything is recorded.

You cannot deceive your conscience. It records everything about you as if on a videotape. The detailed record of your life is assigned a number and store in the spirit world. Someone will receive you and guide you when you go to the spirit world according to the brightness of your spirit. After you are ushered in, your number will be pressed and everything will be shown right away. Everything from the time of your birth to that moment will be revealed in an instant. It cannot be helped. Your conscience will weep bitterly. The ratio of your good versus evil thought, words and deeds will determine whether you end up on this or that side of the boundary between heaven and hell. The spirit world does not move at random. It is a mathematical world. It moves according to logic. God is the King of scientist. Heaven is not operating arbitrarily.  ~ Rev Moon~

I guess that why Jesus said " repent the kingdom of heaven on the earth is in your hand", without repent the self centered action, we cannot relate the absolute goodness.

I am sure when science could show the existence of spirit world, all evil  would disappear.

I have a dream!

 It is a famous word which Rev. Martin Luther King said " I have a dream".  However how many people can say this word. Honestly about myself,62 years of my life, finaly I can say that clearly.  It is a home church activities.Hallelujah!
  I have been publishing the Presky home church news even if it is not established yet. A Home Church can embrace all kinds of people beyond race and religions. The goal  is one family under God through living for sake of others and the higher purpose.
 I have been visiting house to house in Chester where I am living to give Blessing and prayer.
The purpose is the couple's recommencement under God and re-dedication each other.
I have been explaining a happy family makes happy nation and peace world.
I visited the yard sale at the neighborhood last Saturday.  2 people said that proudly " Michiko gave us Blessing!" I am so happy to hear that. I determine to keep going  until end of my life.

And if America is to be a great nation, this must become true. So let freedom ring from the prodigious hilltops of New Hampshire. Let freedom ring from the mighty mountains of New York. Let freedom ring from the heightening Alleghenies of Pennsylvania.
Let freedom ring from the snow-capped Rockies of Colorado. Let freedom ring from the curvaceous slopes of California. But not only that; let freedom ring from the Stone Mountain of Georgia. Let freedom ring from Lookout Mountain of Tennessee.
Let freedom ring from every hill and molehill of Mississippi. From every mountainside, let freedom ring.
And when this happens, and when we allow freedom ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual, "Free at last! This is my story about strugling with.......

 This is my story about struggling with  my mind & body or Cain and Able.
About 10years ago, I had been challenging with my Korean leader in my church. At that time, I missed attending the Blessing ceremony few times.
To meet the dead line, He and his wife gave me the Blessing ceremony only for myself.
I had a true repentance and a so humble attitude because they prepared and spent time only for me.
I had totally objective, like a fish on the cutting board. I was succumbed to their sincere hearts to make me happy. I could see a only pure sky- blue in my heart or mind. I felt that I was in the top of the world. I could say that  this is mind & body unity, or Cain Able unity.

But few days later, my Cain type  heart appeared again and complained. It said to me that I want to be free, why I have to keep  me on the pleasure.

And then my  positive, humble attitude left away. and then I faced struggling again and again.
Fortunately now I have been a good relationship with him, but not perfect level.
Not because of him. It because of my fallen nature, and a limitation of love. I have been still working on it.

 The world is not the issue. Even if heaven and earth have achieved unity, If  am not united within myself, I cannot appear before God.If I say even one wrong word, my conscience knows.Your conscience comes before your parents. Your parents did not give you your conscience. It comes from Heaven, and since its root is God, your conscience comes before your parents. The conscience comes before teachers in the fallen world and before your parents.

 You have to be mindful always that you are an entity embodying both good and evil. I struggled with this issue in my youth, when I was your age. This is why I created the motto, "Before seeking to master the universe, attain mastery over yourself." This is Article 1 in our life of faith. Therefore, when you are able to complete and control yourself, which means to achieve the independence that comes with controlling your body, the conflict between mind and body will disappear.

 You each need to unite your mind and body. Then you need to achieve unity as couples. When you live for the sake of each other out of love, unity will blossom. Until now your mind has lived its entire life for the sake of your body. However, the body has not lived for the sake of the mind. Just as the mind has lived for the sake of the body, however, the body needs to live for the sake of the mind, and they must achieve unity. Centered on what what should this unity take place? Unity is achieved with true love, altruistic love. We need to become people with united mind and body and united as husband and wife centered on true love.This is how we can form new branches and grow. Each of us knows this. This is the key to the mind's happiness. If we do so, the creation will delight us, work will not exhaust us and , even if we don't sleep, we will not feel fatigued.

 The harmony and peace that arise in the natural environment through living for others centered on the Principle belong to heaven. On the other hand, whatever coerces or commands others to serve it is going opposite the way of harmony and peace. It belongs to the world of hell. If you examine your mind and body, you can see that your original mind encourages you to live for others. This is because it knows Heaven's principles. However, because the body stands opposed to God's direction, and since it tells the mind live for its sake by force, it cannot exist forever and must disappear.--

power of meditation--- from a mom who is getting younger & healthier.

 I have been trying to meditate about 10 min every morning; closing my eyes and listening the  sound of nature; for example, birds , wind, cars and so on.
It helps my mind setting up for a new day. I am sure it is good for a stress relief. Also it seems to be good for prevention of dementia.

I guess this training helps to be able to listen not only the voice of our conscience, but also the voice of our God  who are taking care of us day and night.--- from trying to be young looking mom

 What are the limits of the body? When the mind and body fight, over which hurdle do we most need to leap? It is the hurdle of appetite, the hurdle of food. The issue of how we deal with appetite comes with religious life.We need to eat to live, but we cannot live to eat. After Jesus had fasted forty days in the wilderness, Satan tempted him"If you are the son of God, tell these stones to become bread"(Matt 4:3) Jesus gave the masterful response: "It is written:'Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God."(Matt.4:4) Jesus said that we live by the word of God. Living by the word means living according to truth, reason and law. Accordingly, Jesus' response to Satan a strong rebuke, admonishing Satan for living in opposition to God's law.

 The various religions established systems. Why have they collapsed? It is because the religions forsook their original missions, and this resulted in constant disputes and divisions. Thus they lost their power to guide real life. The established religions do not teach clearly about life and the universe. They cannot clearly distinguish between good and evil or righteousness and unrighteousness. In particular they cannot answer clearly regarding the nature of God and His existence.

 Where is ascension to heaven or descent into hell determined? It is determined within each of us. The person who feels pangs of conscience together with stimulation coming from the five bodily senses is in hell. The person who leads a life that delight to the mind is in heaven. Therefore, it is wise to cast away one's worldly ambitions and evil mind, and to observe the heavenly laws centered on the conscience.

 The mind conforms to nature's logic. It seeks to advance eternally toward goodness, very much like the needle of a compass pointing north. The logic of nature does not go astray;it does not evade goodness. This never happens. Similarly, a person's mind seeks to advance toward a specific goal. The mind moves heading toward life; it moves through the heart and it discerns the truth. The mind seeks to harmonize with the whole as it strives to blend with the idea of the whole. It also forms the basis upon which Heaven can instruct one about alternative paths.  --Rev moon

Happy 36th Wedding anniversary !

Today is our 36th wedding anniversary. I am grateful that we cold be together so long.

We will get older, and our appreciation will get deeper.

How wonderful it is !

Shearing all the joys and sorrows of  life cannot exist without little kindness, smile, and forgiveness every single day.

 I taught American young people how to endure difficulty. I thoroughly taught  them the principle that a person must be able to rule himself before he can rule the universe.
  "Do you want to bear the cross of pain?' I asked them. No one wants to go the way of the cross. Your heart may want to go that way, but your body says 'No!' . Just because something is pleasing to the eye doesn't mean it is good for the heart. There are many things that look good, but an examination of their inner aspect shows them to be evil.
 "If you catch yourself seeking after only things pleasing to the eye and try following that path, you must immediately stop yourself and say 'You rascal!' Also, if you feel the desire to eat only things pleasing to the mouth, you must scold your body, saying 'you rascal,'and block yourself. If a person cannot control himself, he cannot anything in this world. Think that if you break down, the universe will break down."

 I was teaching them the motto that I had followed as a young man, which was "Before seeking to rule the universe, first perfect your ability to rule yourself." America had great wealth and had become obsessed with material goods. I stood in the midst of this materialistic culture and talked about  matters of the mind and heart. The mind cannot seen with the eye or held in the hand. Yet we clearly are ruled by our minds. Without our mind, we are nothing. The I talked about true love, God-centered love, which should guide the mind.  I said that true freedom can be enjoyed only when we have a clear understanding of ourselves based on a foundation of true love and are able to exercise self-control.

 I also awoke in them the joy of loving nature. The young people were caught up in the immoral culture of the cities and enslaved in selfish lives, so I talked to them about the preciousness of nature.
Nature is given to us by God. God speaks to us through nature. It is a sin to destroy nature for the sake of a moment of enjoyment or an insignificant amount of money. The nature that we destroy eventually will make it;s way back to us in the form of pollutant and make life difficult for our descendants. I talked the young people of America that when we open our hearts and listen to what nature is saying, we can hear the Word of God.

What do you think about the Sartre's answer?

Recently I watched a TV program that some philosophers of ancient times answer your problem consultation. The content of the letter of consaltation was how to find the purpose of life.
So a French philosopher, Sartre answered. All entities have purpose of existence. For example, people want know the time,as watches are invested. But human being are an exception. As humans realized, they existed. So I told you that you will find your purpose throughout your life.
Sartre told us that human-existence is ahead rather than purpose. This means that body is ahead of the mind. This thought  is clearly the root of materialism. Did not Sartre realize that every babies  were born with mind? I guess so...

According of Divine Principle, If God is the creator of Human beings, we cannot find the purpose of existence without asking the creator God.

Where is the support beam that can uphold the kingdom of heaven? It is in our environment, but more importantly, it is in our heart. The heavenly realms are where one lives in love for the sake of others; where one lives not selfishly, but for the greater good.

The body is a visible reflection of the invisible mind. Because the mind possesses a certain structure , the body which reflects it also takes on a particular appearance.
This is the idea behind a person's character and destiny being perceived through examining his outward appearance by such method as physiognomy or palm reading. -Extortion of the Divine Principle p17-

my 'things to do' memo

 It have been passed almost 2 years since I start writing " things to do " memo in the morning.
I added stretching in bed in the morning for 20 min.

I think because of that, I could survived for working in the Mitsuwa market with 6days of standing.

Would you like to know the content of the memo?

I am thinking to add meditation in my bed  before getting up or sleeping .

After crossing out everything on the memo in the evening, I feel happy with achievement.
Since I have been only house wife, I need a discipline myself.





Your life consists of the connected, continuous days of your life. What determines the value of your entire life? It is not determined after you have lived your life to the end. Your daily life, day by day, determines it. Therefore you have to live life well. Living life well entails living the days that make up the entire living the days that make up the entire course of your life in a meaning way. When you say that you have lived well today, it means that today is memorable day in your life that you can be proud of. The day you can say you have lived well would surely be the most valuable day in your entire life. If you lived one day that was worthwhile, for the entire life that would remain an unforgettable day.

And yet it moves!

"And yet it moves" is a phrase said to have been uttered before the Inquisition by the Italian mathematician, physicist and philosopher Galileo Galilei (1564–1642) in 1633 after being forced to recant his "belief" that the earth moves around the sun .

Galileo was convicted in court. Since he insisted on the Copernican theory.

A lot of Christians were martyred by burning, eaten lions and so on.
They were forced to choose "death or giving up the belief ".
They chose God and the eternal life.

Whether we know it or not, we are headed for a certain destination. Where will you go after you have lived through this life on earth? This is an important issue, as have philosophies and history itself.
Whether you can resolve this issue in your mind or not, you are destined to go. This body will see its end and be buried in the ground at the time of our death. Yet will this mind, this life, this heart, these thought and even this hope be buried together with your body?

People generally think that everything ends when we die, but that is not the case. Because there is a spirit world, life continues as it is. While on earth you need to prepare to enter the spirit world. Since you breathe love in the spirit world, in order to breathe freely there, you should keep love at the center of your life on earth. The spirit world is a world where you breathe love, you can think of it as a world in which love is your air.

The reason we die is that our ability to love in our physical body is limited. Death signifies a transition from the earthly world, where we can only crawl and walk, to a world where we can live and fly freely. To qualify as a traveler who can enjoy true love with the entire universe as his or her stage, and to enter that world, we are made to pass through death.
Death is nothing less than being born anew. ------Rev. Moon

My grandmother used to say to me ....

 My grandmother used to say to me "If you do bad things, you will go to hell".
But I would like to say to my future grandchildren "If you do good things, you will go to heaven".

Then they might ask to me "what is good things?".  And then  I will answer  " If you make people happy, especially mommy and daddy, it is good".

 I hope some scientists make clear about the spiritual world.

 As soon as a baby is born and cries for the first time, It begins to breathe through its nostrils; thus it connects to the second world, the world of air. When it leaves the world within the womb and connects to the world of air, it must discard the umbilical cord and amniotic sac that have sustained its life in the womb. They are destroyed and simultaneously the baby is born into Mother Earth.
 Thereafter it feeds through the mouth and breathes the nose. But the food we eat on earth is the nutrition necessary for the life of the flesh; it is not the original essential element of life. The essential life element is love. Therefore, while we live in the world, we also need to breathe the air of love provided by our mother and father.

 Life is short. Ten years can pass almost without you knowing. Everything is decided in the thirty years after your marriage. The path of life does not wait for you forever. Life is busy. We all have to die at some point. Do you have confidence that you will not die? You will surely die, then you will go to the spirit world. Life on earth is but an instant. It is like the months spent in your mother's womb.

 After earthly life, we must go on to the third stage, the world as it was originally meant to be, and live in that world of love.  Therefor, we need to equip ourselves with respiratory organs suited to the world of love and we need to break out of this physical body, just as a baby bursts from the amniotic sac, destroying it in order to be born. That is why a woman experience labor pains.
 In the same way, death is a second ordeal of labor pains. What do we need to prepare during our life in this physical body? During our time in the womb, we grew the organs with which we would breath air. Similarly, during our life in the flesh we need to prepare a windpipe that breaths love when we go to the spirit world. When you break out of your body, you go beyond the limited environment of your past life, breathe through your love windpipe and live with unlimited freedom.

My first daughter has been busy for attending her friends' wedding.

My first daughter has been busy for attending her friends' wedding. I am getting busy to attend my friends' funeral.  We have three event in our life, Birth, Wedding and Funeral, maybe at least two of them.

 Because of my age, I cannot avoid thinking how to live healthier spiritually and physically in my remaining life, and I guess 10 years later I will concerning how to die.

Dragonflies start out as larva, and as such they swim in the water;then they come out onto the land and crawl for a time. Then they fly freely to and fro, feeding on insects they had never even thought of eating while they were living on land. They fly around with the entire world as their stage. Many insects develop through three stages of life. Most insects have wings. Considering the fact that even insects live in the water, on land and in the air, would it do if we human beings, who are the lords of creation, lived only on land? We have wings of higher dimension.

When the time comes, we must all end our life in our mother's womb and begin our life on earth. Regardless of whether we desire it or not, the law of the universe operates this way.

The womb, in which we all spend time, is a world of water, The human body is three -quarters water. This earthly world is the world of air. Yet your eyes, ears, nose and other sensory organs designed for life in this world of air are not needed while you are surrounded by water. Because you are preparing for the next world, the earthly world.

What should you  do in an air world? Just as you prepared your five physical sense organs while living in the water world, when you are living in  the air world you need to prepare your five spiritual sense organs, which you can observe love when you are in the heavenly world.

When you cross the hill of death, those sense organs open up. you will need those five spiritual sense organs in the infinite world.  -------------------Rev. Moon
